Q:  How do I place an order?

A: To get started on an order, please submit an order form and we will get back to you in 24-48 hours.

Q: Is there an order minimum?
A: There is a $350 order minimum for all catering and custom gifting orders. We work one-on-one with each client to guarantee a beautiful result. 

Q: Can you explain your pricing? 
A: All our ingredients and supplies are carefully sourced, from local purveyors and farms to eco-friendly packaging suppliers. Everything is baked in house, hand decorated and hand packed with care. Saison takes on limited orders at a time to focus on creating a beautiful experience from start to finish. 

Q: What kind of catering do you offer?
A: Saison offers drop off catering in New York City, specializing in breakfast spreads, lunch, sweet trays and cheeseboards. Saison does not offer full service catering at this time, but is able to come on site to assist set up, if needed. 

Q: Is there a set menu?
A: We do not have a set menu as our offerings change seasonally and are fully customized to your event needs. We will send a proposal upon receiving your order form and hearing more about your event!

Q: How far in advance to I need to order?

A: For smaller orders, 1-2 weeks. For larger orders, 3-4 weeks.

Q: Where do you deliver?

A: Brooklyn & Manhattan.

Q: Do you ship?

A: Yes! Shipping is available for gift orders (minimum of 10 gifts). Please note, not all baked goods can ship.
